I'm Merete Krogsgaard Pitters, Founder and Talent Director at Pitters Consulting. For more than 15 years I've worked in talent acquisition and strategic workforce consulting - building deep expertise, strong relationships, and a genuine passion for helping organisations and professionals thrive at every stage of change. My journey has taken me from consultancy to corporate talent acquisition, to now creating my own consultancy, where I now help organisations solve complex people challenges with clarity, focus, and heart.

Pitters Consulting was born out of a desire to bring strategic thinking and human insight together - in a way that feels both professional and personal. I'm proud to work with a diverse range of partners and collaborators, which gives me the flexibility to scale up engagement when clients need broader support, while still providing hands‑on attention and tailored solutions. Whether the challenge is recruitment strategy, talent optimization, limiting your biases, or seeking to understand trends in the talent space, we meet it with real experience, thoughtful strategy and a commitment to results.

I also bring my voice as a respected talent acquisition ambassador and influencer into my consulting work, sharing insights and trends that help clients stay ahead in a changing world.
